Dividend Income Update March

March Details

Each month I will publish my dividend income. I will mainly do this for staying self motivated and to give you the readers the chance to follow my journey from the beginning on. The dividend income in the first couple of years will be on a very low level but investing in dividend stocks is all about the long term. I am very sure that in 5 years from now I will get my first rewards for the patience and focus on my goals.

In March I received dividends from the following companies:

  1. Nice Dividend Income Dividend-Cashflow.

Just a suggestion, but those screenshots are a bit hard to read for my eyes. Everything looks super small. Maybe a different graph format that’s a little larger. Also the number format seems different. That may be an Austria thing and if so, forgive my ignorance, but January Dividends are “35,29” do you mean “35.29” (using a period instead of a comma)? Otherwise I keep thinking you’re in the thousands. Which would be awesome!

Just my two cents, keep it up!

  2. @Wallet Squirrel: The comma/period is an Austrian/German thing, we use them exactly the other way round, comma to denote the decimals and period for thousands, so unfortunately, DFC is still in the two-digit numbers :’-)

@DFC: Nice blog, keep up the good work!

  3. Thanks for sharing your dividend income with us. I have to say that I really like your portfolio holdings as there are many great dividend payers. Nice to see that you did not simply chase high yield when starting out. Stick with these dividend raisers and you’ll also experience great year over year increases. Keep building that passive income stream!

    • Hi Keith,
